Due in some small part to its own upward movement over the past week, VZ has become overweighted. Therefore, it is the only stock ineligible for additional investment. There is no sector imbalance at this time. The VZ restriction does not affect us as it did not make the Top Ten. The lowest amount above belongs to GRC and it last traded at $37.98.
